These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of our Service Packs and advisory services related to international sourcing and trade of agricultural commodities.

Our services include research, advisory, supplier identification/verification, price and freight estimations, documentation guidance, and trade support. Deliverables are provided digitally (PDF/email/online access) unless otherwise agreed.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase services. Orders are confirmed when you receive written confirmation or invoice from us.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed on product pages or quotations. Unless stated otherwise, they are exclusive of taxes. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Work may pause if payment fails.

5. Delivery & Timelines

Indicative timelines are shared after order confirmation and depend on the complexity of the request and third-party responsiveness.

6. Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information (product details, quantities, destinations). You remain responsible for decisions based on our deliverables.

7. Use of Deliverables

Deliverables are for your internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

8. Third-Party Information

Supplier data, prices, and logistics estimates come from third parties. While we take care, they are subject to change and provided “as is.”

9. Limitation of Liability

Oumza Trading Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential, except where disclosure is legally required.

11. Intellectual Property

All templates, reports, and methodologies remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a licence to use deliverables internally.

12. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

13. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
